1 - An American Chippendale mohagamy tripod stool the top original with round lined molding on plank of the top beneath the top is a cast iron round plate which bears the name Tonk an also the name of New York & Chicago . Might be from one of the fames school of New York or Chicago at the time of federal revolution when it was produced in those times .the four baluster central columns the third baluster conical in shape three legs baluster and turn. From column to legs are three turning support for legs so that they do not workup. In deed a magnificent piece to be possessed for it marks the tripod era in American history at that period of time.
